Rock Steady Boxing
This program is designed to empower people with Parkinson Disease to fight back. Using agility, speed, muscular endurance, accuracy, balance, hand-eye coordination, footwork and overall strength to defend against and overcome opponents. At Rock Steady the opponent is Parkinson Disease.
Classes are $150 per month or $20 per class(day).
One time Initial Assessment Fee of $125. Contact Edward Jones, Rock Steady Boxing at 908.397.1061 to set up Initial Assessment appointment.
